I took the lead of the IT TSA (Transition Service Agreement) that was signed at Closing between GE and Alstom. 2 year-TSA with run and project services delivered by GE to Alstom. Scope: 30 000 end-users, 300+ sites, 600 applications.Responsibilities:- responsible for delivery of run services by GE to Alstom (application maintenance and support services, datacenter and infrastructure services on the full scope of Alstom IT with progressive ramp down of services as Alstom exit the TSA)- leader of the separation program to support Alstom in separating their IT systems from GE (carve out) : 200+ projects, leading the multi-disciplinary and international team of 100+ resources, leading technical (application and infrastructure), as well as commercial, finance, strategy, legal and HR aspects.From January 2018, leader of the Separation Management Office within GE Power IT organization to coordinate IT projects on GE Power divestitures.
