  I lead a department that handled various functions such as NPI, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Project Engineering, and RND Engineering. Our goal was to increase line yield, improve production output, and successfully launch new products. My responsibilities included managing and controlling operations to ensure that products met quality specifications, complied with regulations and customer requirements, were cost-effective, and met customer demand. I also provided technical support to the manufacturing team and managed a group of engineers to optimize line yield and production output. I worked closely with the Automation team to improve the manufacturing process and with the MFG and Planning teams to achieve target output. I coordinated communication between business and support functions to improve efficiency support services. I ensured that the MFG and Planning teams consistently met weekly/daily demand according to line capacity and implemented new process flows to improve manufacturing line yield. I identified potential cost-saving areas and recommended solutions for implementation. I advised the Planning team on Production line based on demand and capacity.
