Develop database to monitor trends and recommend actions as part of predictive maintenance activity. 4) Perform detailed inspection investigations and evaluations on abnormalities, and initiate plans and measures for determining the causes of such abnormalities. 5) Conduct the inspection activities according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).6) Regularly check and review the inspection results and findings for all Inspection Jobs.7) Develop; recommend changes and improvements in written procedures, working standards, and work documents related to Rotary and stationary inspection function.8) Continually maintain a methodical system of compiling or recording inspection results, and monitor and update equipment inspection history records. 9) Preparation and issuance of inspection reports with findings/Observations, possible causes / analysis and recommended remedial actions to be taken.10) Proper utilization of inspection supplies and materials to prevent unwarranted interruption of inspection work activities.
