II - Responsible of following-up and coordinating several projects :1) Different Types of villas constructed on a hill, designed by the Italian Architect “Alfredo Freda”. 2) Hill Hotel (5 Stars Hotel). 3) Staff Housing Project at El-Gouna consisting of 31buildings. 4) Acacia Hotel -Taba Project (5 Stars Hotel designed By the American Architect “Michael Graves”). 5) Site planning and landscape for El Gouna.   My objectives in all projects as the following:- - Negotiate agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.- Oversee and direct all aspects of construction activities, from conception to completion.- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks to ensure high-quality work within contract timescales.- Coordinate with various stakeholders for smooth project execution.- Ensure construction activities align with timelines, quality, safety, and budget.- Lead construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient use of tools, materials, and equipment.- Manage and resolve risks, concerns, and issues during project execution.- Oversee the budgeting, organization, implementation, and construction schedule.- Conduct regular meetings with All departments , third parties, and managers to report progress.- Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
