      Team of the Year 2015 Office of Highway Development 2015 Team leader of the Maryland I-68 Speed Increase Study team. This team has been analyzing all freeways and divided highways in Maryland for AASHTO Compliance with speeds above 65 MPH. The state passed a bill allowing the speed limit to be raised to 70 MPH on Maryland roads. This team's work has provided the information allowing I-68 and I-70 to be posted at 70 MPH.
