      During my apprenticeship I worked in operations of Reception, Service, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Business Center and the Marketing department. I clearly enjoyed to learn things from foundation, gaining an holistic understanding in hospitality as well as creating empathy for every people working in operations. During my time as an apprentice I had the chance to do two internships. The first one I did at "Posada Tearra santa", a small luxurious boutique hotel in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. The second one I did at "Hotel Stadt Hamburg", a luxurious hotel with a long heritage on the German Island Sylt. Furthermore, I won three competitions organised by my vocational school, as well as completing a bartender course and I got a wine advisory certificate. Show less

The jury (Deutsche Bar Keeper Union) tested practical and theoretical knowledge as well assessed my own cocktail creation.
