      Effective planning of daily schedule and maintaining the quality levels was on a hot priority as the person on seat. Interacting with customer on daily basis, responding to their queries, sharing project status on daily and weekly basis. Handled the vendor activity effectively and put the team on a path of success where we saw a growth from 25 journals to 40 and Books projects. Closely worked with the quality area to understand the needs of six sigma and initiated it in the team.
