The brief was to 'Do what I used to do for Simdell' involving Prototyping software, managing evaluations, designing demonstrations to suit individual customer needs making the sales process more productive.I was responsible for ‘Project Managing’ a substantial evaluation exercise at the City of Salford Council involving all modules of the system over a period of five months, including the contract negotiation phase, resulting in Saffron securing business worth in excess of £1 million.I also inherited the Account Manager's role for the Scottish sites (And Salford) on the departure of a colleague.
