The business was renamed WOOX Innovations in November 2013 and subsequently Gibson Innovations in July 2014, following an acquisition by Gibson Brands Inc.- Manager of the Business Controlling department (eight FTE’s; two direct reports, six indirect reports) - Business Partner and member of the Global Leadership Team, a forum of the 50 most senior employees to define the strategy. - Participated in several negotiations including the termination of an alliance and brand license agreement and the restructuring of a joint venture. The team defined and implemented processes related to Credit Management, Working Capital and Cash Management, FP&A, Financial Accounting and Internal Control- Finance specialist in a transition team responsible to negotiate a transition agreement and service level agreements with the distributor that was previously responsible for sales and distribution in North America- SAP ECC 6.0 implementation project; Project Owner responsible for the development of the Finance and Control module.
