    I am a Physiotherapist who moved into Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) domain post graduating from the prestigious Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). I have more than 8 years of experience in project & operations management in CSR space. I have been engaged deeply in conceptualizing and implementing SoPs, process improvement, quality assurance & understanding of community driven processes. An effective communicator & a motivated team player with hands on experience on various thematic areas in corporate sustainability context are my strengths.

Job profile consisted of planning & budgeting, handling funds disbursal process, developing & grounding SoPs, MIS, documentation of case studies and its dissemination, training need analysis & capacity building, developing IEC materials and field operations audit. Led the relief efforts of Reliance Foundation, the first corporate foundation from India to respond to the crisis during the Nepal Earthquake in 2015 delivering more than 150 MT of relief materials to more than 10,000 affected households in 20 affected villages.       Lead for the ITC's flagship rural health program - Swasthya Choupal which has evolved from the erstwhile Strengthening Health Outcomes through Private Sector (SHOPS) project funded & supported by USAID. Currently working in 11 districts of Uttar Pradesh & Madhya Pradesh reaching out to more than 650+ villages catering to the RMNCH+A needs of the community through innovative behaviour change communication tools along with a network of evolving local rural women health micro entrepreneurs. The program draws its USP from being an entirely women driven intervention through a vibrant and motivated network of 500+ local village women called Village Health Champions. As Leads operations of Swaasthya Kiran, conceptualized, designed and grounded the Primary Health care Program in ITC's manufacturing sites of Saharanpur (UP) and Munger (Bihar) comprising of 11 state of art Mobile Medical Units (MMU) and 2 innovative Mobile Vision Units (MVU). While the MMU provides quality primary medical care to the community at the doorstep; MVU are equipped with all the necessary high end Opthalmic equipments to disgnose eye diseases, dispense spectacles and refer them for surgeries.
