      "Builder"(Held Position: 4 years)-Built several different wire harness ranging from very simple pigtails to very complex 500+ circuit harness'. -Had the highest quality percentages (98%) of completed builds passed through Quality Control at 100% good with no issues of all floor builders for 3 years.-Lead builds that required 2 or more people to complete which meant I handled all general questions and process' pertaining to that particular job. This helped Team Leaders time management to be as to answer and aid all other questions on other jobs.(Research Team Leader *6 years)Responsible for all new incoming quotes which included customer prints/schematics and/or wire harness sample(s). Quoting process included -Material Identify, price, then add to an Excel Spreadsheet with vendor info and pricing for purchasing to order if quote was accepted.-Ability to read and understand all different formats of cust Blueprints and/or Schematics in order to quote labor and material.-Reverse Engineer wire harness samples to figure out where each circuits beginning and ending points, drop lengths, and all other pertinent info. -Create a CAD drawing of all harness info to be used by builders while assembling. -Labor Quote-First Piece Inspection Audit-Review labor data after completion of PO-Time Studies for large production jobs to ensure labor times are met and if not investigate why it was not. -Review build process for to ensure maximum efficiency-W"Quality & Research Team Leader"(Held Position: 2 years)-In charge of the Quality Dept which all completed harness' passed through before being sent to customer.-Created quality checklist and process flow for auditors to follow for each and every PO to ensure 100% quality with minimal end user failures. -Lead the quality dept to a less than .3% end user failure rate for 2 years while in charge.       I am an outside representative who works for CS Mfg and take care of our customers from as far West as Mendon, as car South as Cleveland, and as far East as Chesterfield. I can be at most customers located in and around Metro Detroit to address immediate concerns very quickly which sets us apart from most companies who are involved with molding components for the automotive industry. -Product Review a. Follow up with all customers who may have had a recent concern/issue that was resolved and audit most recent incoming material to ensure quality.-Customer Relations a. The FAUB system utilizes the Multi-Functoining End Effector (MFEE) and is currently being used to build the Boeing 777 and will be shortly, building the Beoing 777x. Skills-Trained in France where MFEE was developed -Started as a builder/tech and in less than 1 year promoted to an Advanced Technician responsible for both the build side and integration side -Promoted to Automation Technician Lead in charge of the Automation building and application.-Certified KUKA robot programmer certification from KUKA college.Integration-Proficient in programming KUKA robots which are primarily used in the applications in conjunction with the MFEE. -Critical thinking, advanced troubleshooting, and the ability to think on your feet are an integral part and a required skill since there are usually many bumps in the road before a system is bought off. -Support the FAUB 777 program that is currently building the Boeing 777 airplane in Everett, WA. This is first program of its kind that is fully Automated.-Creating processes that will meet the required cycle times and quality standards.-Creating drilling processes (speeds and feeds) for various types of alloys to ensure tolerances are hole quality meet customer specifications.
