  • To finalize cases through Global Tender/Limited Tender/ Single or Proprietary Tender and Inter Plant Transfer including cases of Import. • Arranged nearly 150 consignments from foreign countries. (From China, Europe, USA etc.) • To maintain proper co-ordination with User Department, Planning Cell, Stores, Inspection and Finance for timely release of Orders, timely regularization of Challan, maintaining proper inventory and payments to the parties. • Communication with customers for delivery of Materials as per delivery schedule/Requirement. • Review of Pending orders and indents for Supplies/Deferment/cancellation (After Review by User) for maintaining clean database. • Cost reduction and Maintenance of Transparency in procurement through Suppliers Relationship Management (SRM), Enterprise Procurement System& Reverse Auction, wherever feasible • Redressal of suppliers’ grievances. • Monitoring of advance payment, EMD and Bank Guarantees, performance related payment, adjustment and liquidation of unadjusted advance. • Compliance with respect to Govt Guidelines and Policies and with internal and external agencies including those of MM department and Audit and Vigilance departments.
