  As Quality Specialist, I managed the warranty system, the calibration system, and interfaced with certifying agencies such as UL and ASME. I also implemented sampling plans for incoming materials and served as troubleshooter for quality issues both internal and with vendors. But my time at FlatPlate was much more than that. I was also able to use my diverse background and experience to assist in other areas of production, inventory control and engineering. I also managed the computer network and its connections to the outside world (LAN and WAN). As FlatPlate grew and expanded, my responsibilities shifted from Quality to Network Administration.
