      Trained and guided new crew members to their jobs roles working alongside them giving them feedback and praising their efforts until they become confident with their roles. I would keep up to date with their training writing out personal reviews and assessments that would be logged onto the companies system. At my time working there and being commutes to my role I have trained over 50 people to get them to achieve experience in their roles. Every so often I was able to lead the kitchen to serve fast and good quality food to the customers. Show less
