  My Project was to improve the overall Direct Run rate of all the vehicles that are manufactured In Commercial Vehicle Business Unit. My work was to find out the defects that are occurring while production and in assembly line and try to find out the causes and rectification techniques for the defects using root cause analysis and various statistical quality control tools.In addition to DRR, I also worked in World Class Quality department and helped in preparation of kitting menu trolley for Sub Assembly Area.Main objective of the project were:• Analysis of defects that are being inspected at Quality Gate, ILCR Gate and Buy off Gate.• Study of WCQ Processes.• Corrective Action Plan for defects that are being inspected. • Increasing production while maintaining quality.• Manpower saving & Time Saving.• Study of supply chain management and Inventory Control.
