      During my time Lexington Clinic IT department, I wore a few different hats as a help desk technician. My main responsibility was greeting employees and physicians who called when they experienced technical difficulties, and providing resolutions in a friendly and timely manner. I also filled in as a desktop technician during the busiest periods, travelling to various locations to help end-users in person. Job duties include greeting customers who call the Lexington Clinic main line for assistance. During office hours, we switch the callers to their desired destination or direct them when they are unsure. After hours, we are responsible for paging on-call providers for patients and/or hospitals with emergencies..
