  • This role reports to the APAC Head of Transformation and will lead the Allianz Technology transformation initiatives in support of the AZAP region.• This role is accountable to implement & moderate the demand management process, management of AZAP IT Portfolio at the required granularity, and implementation of associated governance & controls.• Participate in the annual budget planning process in partnership with the account management and the finance teams. Collaborate with other OE regional counterparts to ensure alignment of programs in support of the budget planning discussions. • Manage the standardization of tools (PPM) and processes in alignment with Allianz standards. Lead initiatives to deliver process efficiency and consistency, including optimization of the sales cycle. This warrants a close collaboration with stakeholders from the IT services, the account management, the legal, and the finance management teams. • Manage stakeholder communication. This role will collaborate with demand owners, project managers, group PMO teams, PPM support teams, and AZAP based leadership teams.• Establish best practices to manage portfolio level risks, including the moderation of periodic performance reviews with Allianz Technology stakeholders. • Establish the governance process to support program delivery.
