      1. Work with marketing, product engineer and other customer facing people to gather customer requests, concerns and pain points.2. As a product engineer, I was responsible to solve customer issues by - 1. trying to find our the root cause; 2. Fix the issue by making configuration or environmental changes where ever possible; 3.       Vision achievement award for Customer Commitment Lexmark May 2014 As a part of R-Cube Team Nilanjana was engaged on resolving Langmon Crash and Job Stuck issues reported from field from many enterprise customers. Many of our large accounts was not satisfied with the repeated langmon crash they encountered during print. R-Cube team analyzed all the crashes and provide several fix on Langmon code to address those crashes.
