  IDG is an exhibition stand design and manufacturing company. I ran the operational, strategic and financial aspects of the business on a day to day basis. At the time of my tenure the company employed 30 staff members, operated out of two production facilities totalling 1300 sqm aswell as a 300 sqm storage facility. Together with a highly motivated and skilled team, various systems were implemented improving the operational capacity and efficiency of the company. During my tenure, IDG secured a number of significant agencies, successfully completed a number of projects for prestigious brands and enjoyed a level of stability in an industry that is notoriously challenging from a business perspective.
