      I provided expert-level HR service and support for 6000+ employees' electronic and paper personnel files; process and entry of personnel transactions, performance evaluations, E-Verify, new hire benefits enrollment, and record requests regarding payroll, personnel files, and records.The following are highlights of the value I brought to the position:• Successfully transferred 10,000+ health and medical records and equipment to the Georgia Department of State.• Led project management on the implementation of Neogov, Peoplesoft, and Workforce Central.• Utilized key communications to conduct group and individual instructional training related to standard operating procedures (SOPs) on processing Payroll, Records Management, and Family Medical Leave Act.• Assist Departments with security and systems testing, analysis, software and hardware implementation, and overall process management of the HR management systems.• Managed the onboarding process for all new hires.
