  • Made VBA module for Automatic Calibration of more than 300 testers used in various fleets of Aircrafts of Civil Aviation and Defense forces by developing Interface code for test equipments with the PC. The same code is used in various labs of Defense forces. Enhanced the Quality of Testers Calibration in Indian Air Force. Performed various Hardware and Software upgrades/ installation in order to achieve connectivity. A huge part of revenue that was used for repair of testers is new reduced and life of the Hardware is enhanced with the use of new software. Following are the achievement gained by the commissioning of said project. • More than 50 % of saving in Manpower, time and revenue. Nil/ Minimum human intervention in Calibration Process. Providing reliable/ accurate and fast data. Reduction in Man Hours. Minimizing Errors and Paperless office. Quantification of data while maintaining high level of quality.• ACMS (Automated Calibration Management System) it features a Dedicated MySQL database to store data of all the calibrations done by the MATCAL (Mobile Air Transportable Calibration Lab). ISO 9005 standards, ECHLON-II standards of calibration. PHP application running in front end catering for operational needs of the base. Developed the database in My SQL and was part of team involved in documentation of the entire project. Total zero paper consumption target is achieved by the implementation of software. All the reports are made available online for quick reference. • Developed custom Virtual Instruments for Auto Calibration Software’s adhering to ISO 9005 standards, ECHLON-II standards of calibration in National Instruments Lab VIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench).
