  Local Virginia Stormwater Management Program (VSMP) Authority that accepts, reviews and approves plans, then notifies the state that a project is acceptable for Construction General Permit (CGP) coverage for the City’s Capital Improvement Projects (CIP). Conducts Erosion & Sediment Control (ESC) and Stormwater Management (SWM) certified plan reviewers for each Erosion & Sediment Control (ESC) and Stormwater Management (SWM) component of the CIP plans for various sized projects. The plans have been reviewed in accordance with state regulations and local ordinances as related to VSPM and ESC compliance. The goal was to provide adequate and timely VSMP reviews for Public Works (PW) Engineering. Manages the City’s Private Stormwater Management Facility (SWMF) referral program. Implement a strategy to ensure that maintenance is performed on private SWMFs with maintenance agreements. This program included inspection of each private facility at least once every five years. In addition, developed procedures to process referrals for SWMF that has not been maintained after the initial notification of maintenance needs provided to the property owner. Once the site has been verified that maintenance is needed, I would tailor a certified letter to meet the individual needs of the site. Manages the City’s VSMP inspection program for CIP. Provide an oversight of the CIP construction inspections in additional to the PW/Engineering’s regular inspections. Conduct periodic VSMP authority inspections during construction.Real Estate Salesperson - Provides guidance and assistance to clients (sellers and buyers) in marketing and purchasing property for the best terms and price. Determines a client’s preferences or needs for properties and propose the best solutions depending on their financial abilities.
