Train lab staff and students on lab procedures and protocol. Work with research assistants, students and principal investigator to develop coding manual for qualitative data analysis. Guide participants through lab procedures using motivational interviewing techniques to retain participant involvement & sobriety. Write and organize grant applications, HRSC applications and IRB approvals.
