  1. ​To provide effective technical analysis to the Flight Operations Department. Maintain an efficient reliability program to analyze and improve fleet efficiency and performance.2. Analyze engine trend data for condition monitoring of engines, and data for other critical aircraft components to maintain inherent reliability.3. Liaise with dispatch and/or technical and development pilots in conducting route studies.4. Conduct runway take-off and landing analysis for various conditions.5. Develop and maintain an effective process for the implementation of electronic flight bag in operations.6. Closely work with engineering team in various data and performance analysis.7. Liaise with the Technical and Development team to establish clear and effective EFB procedures and guidelines for crew members.8. Conduct monthly audit to ensure crew EFB devices are updated when reporting for duty.9. Liaise with the Chief Pilot of Training and Standards (CPTS) to develop training for crew members to familiarize with the overall process and use of EFB system.10. Liaise with Engineering Team to ensure that devices strictly comply with airworthiness requirements.11.
