  I lead tailored strategic planning sessions for credit unions to develop and execute their strategic vision, including various analyses, competitive benchmarking, and member-centric growth strategies. I support credit union leadership in developing actionable implementation plans, ensuring that strategic initiatives are translated into clear, measurable objectives with timelines and accountability structures. I engage with credit unions, business partners, and third-party organizations to create and maintain a network that supports the achievement of healthy and secure financial outcomes. I create pathways for consumers to access financial services and develop education-based communications and materials on a variety of topics. I develop community involvement strategies that build credit union brand awareness and support social responsibility efforts. I help credit union members make smart fiscal choices by providing relevant, responsive, and reliable research-based financial education. I maintain a financial literacy blog, produce educational videos, and engage with credit unions and business partners to create and maintain a network that supports the achievement of healthy financial outcomes. I represented Maine credit unions while helping the younger generation make sense of banking and money. I developed and delivered education programs on topics such as savings, budgeting, debt reduction, consumer protection, and more.
