  My main responsibilities included the provision of technical support to forest department on sawmill management, logistics, tree nurseries, and on plantation management. I was also involved in tree seedling distribution, tree seed collection, fire protection and environmental outreach activities in Tonga Land of Zambia.

  My responsibilities included the provision of project management for five projects management by the UNDP environment unit. The key projects were the National Action plan on Biodiversity, Capacity Building of Lao National Mekong Committee, and the National Mine Policy. This position required extensive liaison with the relevant Lao ministries, namely the Science, Technology and Environment Agency, Ministry of Forestry and Lao National Mekong Committee. My main tasks were to ensure decent plans, budgets, and verification of progress and monitoring of financial reports from the responsible ministries. The work included coaching of the officials.   I was leading the KEPA country office in Zambia. The main duties were the provision of leadership and oversight to office's professional and support employees, being responsible of the strategic and work planning and reporting of the country program, and providing oversight for the budget and financial management. The country program consisted of the organisational development, liaison work, partnerships, volunteer exchange and support services (dormitory, logistics and premises maintenance)

  My responsibilities include the management and oversight of development aid program in transport and public sector. The project cycle management consists of close engagement in identification, planning, budgeting and monitoring of the projects, including the reporting and financial oversight. My duty is to ensure the consistency in between the project strategy and SASK's development program strategy, as well as feasibility and relevance. I keep stakeholders informed using multiple media about the progress and status of the programs, and provide my analysis of the progress made.
