  Executive Engineer (2018-present)-Deployed in Assam for NERSS (North East Region System Strengthening) project which include 400 KV double circuit quad from Silchar to Misa on tough terrain (foundation ,erection and stringing).-Executed construction activities by maintaining the highest level of QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment)-Monitored project site work progress and created daily reports to keep track of project timeline-Planned and coordinated with workforce on a day to day basis to keep a check on any hindrances-Mitigated the insurgencies in adverse situations that arose in tea gardens - ‘Right of Way’ problem-Met and seeked help of administrative officials associated with state government for land rate values, high compensation demands, liasoning with local administration and other related issues like statutory clearances for forest, railway, power-line crossing and highway crossing-Involved in the documentation, post closure of audit observations by external parties like Protiviti, KPMG, BCG, BVI-Conducted QHSE training at site to skilled manpower to get the desired output as per SFQP (Sterlite Field Quality Plan)Project Engineer (2017-2018)-Deployed in Madhya Pradesh for WRSS (Western Region System Strengthening) project which included construction of 765 kv and 400 kv transmission lines.-I was involved in foundation and tower erection activities.-Successfully completed KTL (Khargone Transmission Limited) project which include 400 KV Twin LILO and 765 KV double circuit hexa. (Foundation, erection and stringing)-Witnessed the testing of reactor for 765 KV/400 KV substation during KTL project and have a vivid knowledge on substation civil work, land leveling, designing and erection of different equipment of substation Show less
