      Duties:Managed 57 ancillary personnel in the direct support of 40 dentists providing $12.1M in annual treatment. Developed Squadron Master Training Plan, managed clinical orientations and qualifications for entire staff.       MDG Compliance Manager

      Administers the self-assessment and inspection program for the 96th Medical Group. Serves as organization liaison to the 96th Test Wing for the Commander's Inspection Program. Coordinates facility-wide annual self-inspections; independently reviews and evaluates completed checklists to discern program inadequacies that may ultimately affect patient care.
