      Here I was responsible to complete the program within pre-stipulated time and budget. Led the entire project from concept to the distribution of the film. Administered complete process from hiring a director, and cinematographer for the program, to recommendation for the leading actors, to hiring the production team. Managed production planning, determined the locations, developed a schedule and fixed a budget. Abridged between the studio and the creative and production staff and suggested changes to the director if required. Evaluated the program by editing parts and recommended changes before the final cut is prepared. Reviewed the advertising campaign created for the project for its distribution.
