  I have designed and developed Cardiac Lauren as an online Phase 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation programme. There are exercise videos for all levels of intensity, from seated to high intensity, to enable the cardiac patient to continue their regular exercise regime after completing Phase 3.Two online exercise videos are produced every week, alongside educational videos and a supportive WhatsApp group.Phase 3 exercise videos are available for NHS patients to for FREE.
