Delivered > 20 datahalls in 10 sites, value at > S$60 million.3. Scoping of design requirement with customer and work with consultants and contractors to design and renovate the datahalls. Technical requirements include power needs, power backup, electrical distribution, cooling requirement, hot and cold containment, rack structural load and placement, fibre routing within/inter rooms and outside of the Data center.4. Formulated business cases, pricing models and strategized with Singtel’s Strategy Investment Team for the co-location business. Example: The renovation work and leasing of the Co-location rooms and the acquisition of NetLink Trust by Singtel in Dec 2013 and the IPO of NetLink Trust by Singtel in July 2017.5. Working with finance on annual budget and revenue planning, quarterly update on the estimate closing of the finance position of the project and provide journal entry to balance monthly finance discrepancy that yet to be realized.6. Develop various customized co-location agreements with customers. This requires deep understanding and knowledge of the business, stakeholders’ interest and company legal requirement to negotiate for a win-win outcome. Show less 1. Main role is to evaluate the IDD business deals between Singtel and oversea telecommunication carriers to ensure business profitability and meeting the financial budget given by management.2. Business deals evaluation involves 15 main countries, 2.5B minutes of IDD calls per year with a value of ~ $100 million per year.3. Formulate Singtel IDD budget and setting sale target for 2016, 2017 and 2018. 4. Tracking of monthly performance and analyzing market trend so as to advice team members on future business deals.5.   1. Key role: Main point of escalation between Co-location partners (Colo) and AWS. Manage and develop relationship with Colo to support AWS’s initiatives, measure and improve Colo performance and ensure Colo comply to SLA.2. Manage 10 Colo vendors and 31 Data Centers in APJC (Singapore, Hongkong and Malaysia)3. Conducting Colo Business Review (CBR) with all Colo to measure their performance, celebrate partner achievements and discuss area of improvements and opportunities.4. Improve Colo performance by 16.3% point which translate Colo performance rating from Meeting Expectation to Exceed High bar. This was achieved by developing new data analysis tool, working with Colo and AWS stakeholders to address pain points.5. Achieved US$1.53M of saving by working with Colo to absorb or co-share a portion of AWS’s initiatives such as facility design improvement project, Datahalls improvement projects and cost of maintenance for Datahalls.6. The main driver to work with Colo to support our works and projects that are out of scope in agreements from Operation. This would involve getting Colo to change their processes, add more manpower, prioritize more resource to AWS etc.The above is achieve through building great relationship with our Colo partners, managing internal stakeholders’ expectations and creating a win-win framework between Colo and AWS.1.
