  I am a Programme Director on the Executive Masters for Change in Singapore as well as a thesis supervisor and coach. This is a unique programme that combines personal development, experiential learning and taught units to build awareness, ability, and agency for working with humans and the complex, dynamic systems they inhabit. I also teach on INSEAD’s Strategy Execution Programme, a course that helps executives to improve the implementation of strategy, through a mixture of taught units, experiential learning and coaching.
