  This project offered me a perfect illustration of how I can use both managerial and operational skills. The project involved students of different nationalities creating and running a theme restaurant for 20 to 25 covers per service in a real-world situation. We could demonstrate our entrepreneurial qualities by managing from A to Z the various aspects of the project: writing the menu, communications, management of reservations, managing budget and expectations, sponsorship, decorations, choice of tableware and table decorations, cooking, dining room service, health and safety standards.
