  I was blessed with a chance to be part of Albilad Future Program which included 10 banking training courses and 15 months rotation in different departments in the bank.One of the main goals of the program is to have good understanding of banking. For example, the courses covered Banking System, Islamic Banking, Banking in Saudi Arabia.In addition, The first 10 month of the rotation were spent in retail assets division epically the following departments: Real Estate, Personal Finance, Auto Lease, Cards, and the retail assets portfolio. I spent full 8 weeks in each department which gave me enough knowledge to understand the fundamentals and policies of each product.The remaining 5 months were spent in different divisions such as Finance, Risk, Operations and IT.This rotation put the Puzzles together and explained a clear journey of the retail assets products.
