      Program and Operations Manager - Role Development

      With many years of program and operations management I was contracted to develop the full scope of their Program and Operations Manager role. The manager facilitates the programs and assists the CCE team in planning and implementing the curriculum through a series of presenter workshops, and mentor meetings. While working with CCE on a contract basis I was able to bring structure to this new full-time position they need to fill. This involved being a lead in their marketing, event planning, programing, day to day operations, photo editing and graphic design content creation as well as exicuting their technology needs. After 90 days of observation and hands on experience I was able to bring clarity to the role by trimming the excess and highlighting key areas of importance that lacked structure in the early stages of the role definition.
