      Borg El Arab Olympic StadiumCommissioned in the Mediterranean Sea Resort.The largest stadium in the country and second largest in Africa after FNB stadium at Johannesburg.It is used in rotation with other stadium as the home venue of the Egyptian National Football Team with a 86,000 capacity.145 feddans, 3km long fence, 6km long internal road network, 5.2k vehicles parking capacity.Airstrip,136 electronic entrances.The main cabin is covered by an umbrella which covered 35% of the stadium total area, 12000 sq.ms area.It features two training pitches and a running tracks, and its facilities for spectators include 32 restaurants, a hotel, a building which contains 300 presses and cabinets for broadcasters.Main Responsibilities.Main Stadium establishment.Supervision for concrete works, the main super structure for the western stadium wing above 132 piles with approximately 38 m length average, locating the scaffolding bases of the formwork as per an approved shop drawing for each structural section..Precast units fixing for the main upper steps between the lower level (–14.30) up to the middle one (+3.30) with 70 ms width, for 2100 sq ms, supervision for formwork system installation for a 70% of the VIP Cabinet area..Training pitches and running tracks..Supervision for excavation, dewatering, following up soil reporting, regarding to the critical case of the unstable soil at this location,.Coordination between work elements and technical office, reporting for progress and time schedule..Estimating & cost control management; works including updating of the construction schedule, claims & analyses, preparation of quantity take-offs,payment invoices and reporting & presentation to the owner and consultant, following up as scheduled planning,.ID drawings coordination, MEP drawings coordination,structural drawings coordination.
