I kept a high level of communication between both students and parents/carers of students, communicating with parents to discuss students’ progress and attitude towards learning through parents/ open evenings.Taught one to one off site the Academy, this allowed room for a different style of teaching, encouraging independence and in depth knowledge. Participated in extra professional training in additional educational needs, neurodiversity and behaviour management. Certified in prevent training and data input systems such as sisra analytics.
