      Responsible for all logistics, infrastructure, RLS and vehicle fleet for 200+ personnel deployed with the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP).• Prepared, planned, and executed the movement of all workforce and logistics from Germany to Cyprus via the United Kingdom including return without the loss of workforce and equipment.• Implemented an energy savings programme which resulted in a saving of approx €50,000 over a 6-month period for the United Nations in Cyprus without loss of services. • Reviewed and monitored all contracts to ensuring best ‘value for money’ and output was delivered on time and within budget. • Project managed the re-distribution of resources within the United Nations without sustaining any loss of output.• Provided infrastructure support both to host nation and the United Nations managing delicate relationships on both sides.• Executed the role of Safety, Health, Environment and Fire manager to UK standards for deployed personnel, contractors and United Nations staff without any major incident.• Forged a strong team ethos by advocating shared understanding and strengthening empowerment, resulting in a unified “all one unit” culture which increased morale and a more efficient output.
