  As part of the People and Governance Leadership Team and with 7 direct reports, my role involves the strategic leadership and management of the Business Improvement, Internal Communications and Corporate Reporting functions, which together enhance the delivery of services to the community, achieve improved internal and external customer experiences and increase efficiencies across the organisation. Project lead for the delivery of the 'Program Review', which also involved the design of an enterprise-wide service and activity review framework. This role saw me working with a wide range of key stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership Team, Associate Directors and Business Partners to deliver a series of business reviews ensuring timely delivery of communication to all stakeholders.
