  During the summer traineeship I got experience in diverse HR tasks, such as recruitment, new joiner inductions, preparing employment contracts and other employment related documentation, assisting managers and employees with employment matters, updating HR data, supporting managers with using HR systems and interpreting HR policies, employment law and collective agreements.
