Nov 2004 - Jun 2016Responsible for the Management of all Operational Projects with regards to Customer Experience, and supported cross-functional central Projects a subject matter expert in Hotel Operations and Food & Beverage. Operated the Flagship 392 room Grade II listed Hotel in the City of London, complete with meeting rooms and a 160 seater restaurant. Manage circa £11 million in sales per annum. Hotel Manager of the Year 2012. Operated the Flagship Hotel in Drury Lane and annexe on high Holborn, which was complete with conference and meeting room facilities. Oversaw multiple refurbishments and conversions totalling £20m+ to bring the current hotel total from 219 to 667 rooms. As a duel site holding Manager oversaw the running of this 408 bedroom hotel near the heart of Kings Cross. Managed four hotels with a combined total 159 bedrooms located throughout Suffolk and North Essex with an annual T/O of £1m.Responsible for training, monitoring, enforcement of room brand standards and driving sales.
