      A two month summer internship project at HLL Life care Ltd towards partial fulfilment of the MBA programme on the topic: ͚"A Study on the Costing System Adopted in HLL Life care Ltd".Abstract: In this project the study was conducted to analyse whether the costing system adopted by the company is efficient and cost controlling. For this purpose the existing costing system was studied. Result: The components of the variable cost should be analysed well in order to control the overall cost. It is better to implement activity based costing system to control the overall cost of production and thereby increasing the profitability of the firm. The company should try to decrease the government subsidized rates so that the company can increase their profits. The Management should try to have a new agreement with the government so that they can export more of its production output to foreign countries. Show less
