  As a technical consultant, i did a certification in the SAFE development platform and my role was to analyze and develop new functionalities or extend the existing functionalities in the mid market SAGE software solutions, both in SAGE ERP X3 as in SAGE X3 HRM. I worked with the functional consultants and end users to ensure that the final solution met the customer's needs and expectations.In the year 2010, when the software certification legislation was published in Portugal, i was responsible for the implementation of all the new legal requirements in order to certify SAGE ERP X3, being closely involved with the analysts.
