Member of PCI Sig and LSI representative at the compliance workshop. I have 3 technicians and am overall responsible for the equipment and testing related to my lab. I oversee all of the scheduling and maintenance of the equipment. I conduct board design reviews and schematic reviews.   Quality Control Lab Supervisor for the El Dorado and Wichita Manufacturing facilities. We cover all of the companies raw material testing, product quality testing, and each line sample to ensure the highest quality and formulation match to each individual product every day. We have 2 state of the art chemistry labs that ensure BG's products are to the originally formulated standard every single batch. I conduct quality checks on incoming production raw material and samples of outgoing product from manufacturing. We test these samples to ensure the highest quality product is available to our customers and what is on the label is what is in the can. I conduct sulfur level testing, ICP for metals, viscosity, GC for aresols, FTIR, flash point, boiling point, BN/TBN and pH. Use of standard lab glassware, meters and scales required.
