  My day to day tasks in this split role would include processing financial transactions regarding rent, chasing debt and keeping in close contact with students to eliminate any issues regarding payment of rent, allocation of students into specific rooms and leases, processing end of lease damage charges, meeting with students in person to discuss financial difficulty among many other tasks. During my time in this role, I was tasked with certain projects to help improve the accommodation department. I had implemented a LiveChat system on the student accommodation page on the RGU website. This included compiling information of companies who supplied this service, including a budget proposal and paper to the accommodation manager to consider implementing. This improved our communication pathways to all students around the world to help enhance customer service delivery. Show less
