  o My placement was with the IQ MOVE team providing maintenance of the employee work procedures information management systemo As a Quality Management Assistant, I was primarily responsible in reviewing and creating processes in ARIS Software to ensure up to date work processes for the work force. The importance of this role was to precisely model mostly technical work procedures, to ensure continuous high quality work throughout the company.o Other responsibilities involved meeting with every department to review the correct arrangement and adaptations of their work procedures, as well as video conferences with company settlements of other Cities, to ensure a flawless cross-settlement workflow.o This role required a lot of attention to detail and I also improved my IT skills, particularly in process modelling, reporting skill, creation of Excel spreadsheets and use of Lotus Notes.o To benefit the company, I reworked a document info sheet in Excel to provide better overview to status and holders of documents, to simplify access and relevance of all documents.   o By doing online research in Affiliate Marketing I self-studied to create own websites for reviews.o My responsibility was to find topics and review them on my sites and link them to affiliate selling partners to earn commission for each sale they make.o The ongoing problem was to find effective keywords that fill into a niche role and have high search requests, but low competition.o By using keyword search tool programs, it was possible for me to research and analyse specific topics and keywords according to their search counts and the number of third party sites.o This way I managed to create several review sites about niche topics that earn me commissions.   o Working as a reseller my responsibilities were processing of client inquiries such as marine spare parts and electronics to forward them to our suppliers.o In return I had to compare data sheets and type plate photos to the requirements of our customers.o I had to prioritize by urgency and process critical spare requests such as main engine parts, deck machinery and life boat parts with high priority and constantly push the according suppliers to make us an offer as quickly as possible. If a supplier for a very particular part was not at hand, my responsibility was to research and find new suppliers to offer us the requested item.o Difficult situations included making hard copies for every Email, since my boss used only fax and phone. This created a lot of paperwork which we always had to keep him up to date with. o In organizing piles according to priority and progress and staying flexible to fill in for urgent situations such as helping colleagues in English translation, sharing the workload and IT related questions, helped overcoming complex situations.
