  Fiona Brennan is an acclaimed Clinical Hypnotherapist with a constantly booked-out private clinic. She is a three-times best-selling author, a mental health expert on Newtalk's 'Alive & Kicking' show (Ireland), a TEDx speaker and appears regularly in the mainstream media where she is an ambassador for positive thinking and wellbeing.Fiona was awarded the Professional Diploma in Positive Health from the Royal College of Surgeons in June 2022. To date, Fiona has trained in positive neuroplasticity with the eminent neuropsychologist, Dr. Rick Hanson, has a Higher Diploma in Theatre & Performance from UCD and a Higher Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis awarded by Clinical Hypnosis Ireland. She has studied Positive Psychology with The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She holds a Professional Certificate in the Therapeutic Use of Mindfulness from the Institute of Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. Back in 2016 Fiona launched her online, five-star rated, hypnotherapy program, ‘The Positive Habit,’ which now helps people from all over the world. Her first book (2019) is the Irish Times and Eason's bestseller, ‘The Positive Habit,’ published by Ireland’s leading non-fiction publishers, Gill Books. Her second book, ‘The Self-Love Habit,’ was published in February 2021 and hit the best-seller list straight away. Her latest book, 'Sleep Well - 8 Habits to Help You Fall Asleep, Stay Asleep & Wake Up Refreshed' was launched in April 2024 and hit number 2 in the Irish non-fiction charts.
