  This role marked the beginning of my design career, with a strong focus on the technical side of the design process.Responsible for preparing design layouts for print—using Adobe Suite tools to adjust colors, fine-tune details, correct illustrations, and ensure layouts met all technical production requirements.Also worked on technical blueprints for packaging, boxes, and other paper-based products.Collaborated closely with both design and production teams to better understand their workflows, which helped us set up a more structured and efficient process.This experience sparked my passion for the technical side of design and gave me a strong foundation in precision and process-oriented thinking. Took concepts from early discovery through to implementation, enhancing both new features and existing flows with a user-centered approach.Led end-to-end design strategy for a core company domain - from initial design sprint to product launch - with direct impact on business growth and profitability.Played a key role in building Qliro’s design system, now adopted across the full product portfolio.
