      Oversaw and coordinated the work of third-party academic evaluators contracted for an intensive care coordination program staffed by 30 Community Health Workers return on investment studies. Information from the evaluators was used to improve the care coordination process, increase productivity, decrease cost and allow the Health Project to secure additional hospital funding to expand the program by 50% over 5 years.Developed, launched and maintained Trinity Health national award-winning software platform called ClarkeIS (constructed on a Salesforce platform) which is a system designed to function as a repository and referral tool in the care of marginalized, underserved, financially and medically fragile members of the lakeshore communities (Muskegon, Oceana, Ottawa, Lake, Mason and Newaygo Counties).Successfully led and participated as a member of grant writing teams for local, state, federal and private grants totaling approximately $5 million.       Designed and implemented the HealthWest Data center, a centralized location on organizational internet with access to Power BI reports, internally created training videos for use of Power BI by end users and videos on data literacy and basic data concepts for clinical staff, as well as interactive challenges to test end user knowledge, and places to ask questions of the Data Analytics team, and share data success stories.Manage day-to-day data request process, request vetting with end users, scheduling of requests across team, timeliness of completion, and final review of Power BI dashboards and reports before being released to end users. Complete 2-5 data requests a month (based on complexity and deadlines), that include use of SQL Server Management Studio, Power BI, and Excel.Serve as point person within organization for Social Determinants of Health Data (SDoH). Complete quarterly SDoH reporting to County Community Health Innovation Region (CHIR), sit on CHIR Data committee, and have been active participant in development of closed loop referral system for SDoH needs in Muskegon County.
