I have learnt the designof layout of semiconductor. I have also done project on D-Latch & D-Flip-Flop; Major Project: Design and optimization of Booth multiplier.Objective: To show output of two 8-bit binary number multiplication and also optimize thepower and delay .Description: Design the schematic of Booth Multiplier in Cadence Virtuoso and verify itsoutput with the normal multiplication. After that we work on the power and delayoptimization of the same by changing the W/L ratio of used nmos and pmos.Project: Water Level Indicator.Objective: To learn the principle of circuit designing and programming in assembly language.Description: Design water level indicator using 8051 microcontroller and basic electronicscomponent.
